Sucker Rod Centralizer

Description
Sucker rod centralizer, also known as sucker rod guide, uses metallic or polymeric materials attached to the sucker rod string to centralize the sucker rods and reduce sucker rod and tubing wear and /or reduce paraffin build-up.

Advantages
1. We have been certified by ISO 9001 management system (in 2006), API (in 2005), ISO 14001 environmental management system (in 2012) and OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety management system (in 2012). This enables us to completely conform to API 11B during manufacturing.

2. Our technical team, consisting of 3 senior engineers, can keep up with industry-leading process of manufacturing sucker rod centralizers. They can adopt different heat treatment processes (quenching and tempering, normalizing and tempering, etc.) according to the materials.

3. Our patented straightness testing instrument (Patent No.: ZL 2011 2 0109906.9) allows us to effectively test and correct the straightness of sucker rods, solving the straightness challenge of pump rods.

4. Our independently-developed standard rod guides can effectively avoid the abrasion between the sucker rod and tubing, and significantly extend the service life of API sucker rod centralizer.

5. Excellent quality and after-sales service. Inspection during the manufacturing process and final inspection assure 100% yield of sucker rods. In addition, we offer 180-day warranty, and we have offices and agents in a number of countries and regions, ensuring our premium after-sales services.

Classification
Sucker rod guide can be classified as wheeled rod guide, non-rotating sucker rod guide, rotating sucker rod guide, snap on sucker rod guide, inserted sucker rod guide and single slot sucker rod guide.

Note
When selecting sucker rod guides, what matters is make clear the inner diameter of tubing, so as to determine the required outside diameter of sucker rod centralizer. If the inner diameter of tubing does not match with the outside diameter of standard rod guide, the rod centralizer will not be able to work normally.
